Table Identifciation

Inherited my grandparents table that they got out of a bar in Steger Illinois back in late 60s-early 70s. Ive looked all over the table and cannot find any names/numbers anywhere. Coin operated, one piece slate, 6 foot table. Any help would be appreciated.
