The pics are such hi-res. it takes an hour to load!
Looks more like a pool table designed as a coin operated pinball machine? Is there no tag, label, inscription, stencil, coin slot or insignia anywhere on the table? Lay underneath with a flashlight or trouble light on? Usually, a light engraving is on the coin mechanism face plate. Nothing?
May we assume the steel ball is ejected onto the play surface by the rotary can in the upper RH corner via the spring loaded plunger see top right of the photo? Is there any mechanism that would "count" which pocket the ball goes into to?
It is an interesting piece.

Another item that may help ID the table is the coin ยข required to make it work. If sized for a single quarter, it ain't that old...
Perhaps it's British requiring a "pence"?

I did lay under it and there was nothing ... It does not take modern U.S. coins (maybe tokens?) the coin rolls down a chute and into the left side leg ...... the ball shots out the round mechanism .. I do not see a point counter ......to reset the game you pull the lever by the coin accepter and the table surface tilts and all the balls are reloaded .........thank you for the reply .. any help will be appreciated ...... thx John ..

Let us know how you make out. A few of the better guys here only stop by once or twice a month - but they're the ones that may have a clue. Be patient.
