Identify Brand and Model of Pool Table

I am trying to identify the brand and model of this pool table.

Grandma is downsizing her home and I rescued this pool table to bring it back to life. The problem is that I have no idea what brand or type of billiard table this, and that makes it hard to get replacement parts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

   We can't begin to help you with these photos and lack of information about the pool table. Here's what we'll need to attempt to identify the brand/manufacturer and model name/number of your pool table:

   1. Take better photos. Include separate straight-on, level, and clear in-focus shots of both the long and short sides. Separate shots of the legs/base and feet of the pool table.
   2. Get underneath and record and photograph any/all markings, names, numbers you can find.
   3. Look all over the outside of the table, built-in scorer, etc. for any markings, and record and photograph each.
   4. Get as much info from Grandma as you can e.g. when they might have bought it, and where they acquired it from, etc... How long they've had it, etc... Even if it's just a decade range, and a US state she thinks it might have come from.
   5. Does it have a slate bed (vs just some type of wood)? This can be judged by the weight of the pool table. It will be obvious.
   6. Post the results of your inspection here for further assistance.
