Identify and Value Antique Brunswick Pool Table, Possibly the Excelsior Model

Can anyone confirm the model of this antique Brunswick carom billiard - dining table combo?

The closest model I could find is the Brunswick Excelsior.

Specifically, the catalog page (from a French-language Brunswick Billiards catalog) calls it a Brunswick "L'Excelsior Billard - Table De Salle a Manger", or, billiard dining table.

    I can't find that brochure you shared on the Brunswick archives. It appears to be a Brunswick Billiards catalog from the France market. Can you share a link to where you found that?
