Identify 1971 United Billiards Pool Table

I recently acquired a coin-operated United Billiards pool table that belonged to my grandfather. It was a Fathers day gift to him in 1971.

It looks like parts were removed when it was decommissioned.

I am trying to find a coin mechanism that will work and and also figure out how to actually install it, but I am having a hard time determining the make and model.

The only identifying mark I can find so far is that the chrome corner caps are stamped with "United Billiards, similar to the one in the photos below.
