ID Manufacturer of 1979 Pool Table and Suggested Value?

I am trying to determine the manufacturer of this 1979 pool table, and would also like some suggestions on it's value.

It was bought in 1979, and has that date, along with the letters "BO" underneath.

The red cloth on the table is the original cloth. The bed is slate and it is made from real wood, but I don’t know much more about it than that.

Any help is appreciated.
