ID and Date 19th Century Antique Pool Table

Could anyone offer a positive identification and date of manufacture for this antique pool table?

It has a Brunswick Balke-Collender Monarch Cushions name plate, but it is not likely a Brunswick pool table.

Any and all information about this pool table would be greatly appreciated.

   This antique pool table actually reminds me of a Charles Schulenburg pool table.
