ID a 4-Pocket Pool Table by The National Billiard Mfg Co Cincinnati, OH

Can anyone tell me what exactly I have here?

It is a pool table with only the 4 corner pockets, made by The National Billiard Mfg. Co. in Cincinnati, OH. The name plate reads:

The National Billiard Mfg. Co.
Celebrated "ITAN-NIC-NIC" Cushions
Cincinnati, O. U.S.A.

My Grandfather purchased it once upon a time.

It measures roughly 39" x 69", and has only 4 pockets.

Unfortunately I do not have a National Billiard Mfg. catalog with this pool table in it.
