Anyone have a clue who made my table?

Hey all. First time poster.

I bought this table from a co-worker, who ended up with it during a messy divorce. I have been storing it for about 15 years waiting for a room in my house to open up. No badge. No markings that I would recognize. Thought perhaps I could throw this out to the forum for help. I have searched the web looking for like photos and have come up empty so far. Luckily, I came across this site. Currently live in the greater Phoenix AZ area, if that helps any.
