I see that the listing is marked as "Sold", but will answer for the benefit of others who might find this question.
This is a Brunswick residential-grade pool table which dates from sometime between 1996 and 2011.
It is one of the following models, depending on it's age:
- Brunswick "Camden Classic" pool table, made in the years ranging from 1996 to 1999
- Brunswick "Camden II" pool table, made in the years ranging from 2000 to 2011
I believe the seller is mistaken about the slate being a "one-piece" slate, as the technical information from the sell sheets for both models indicates a 3-piece slate. There would be almost no pool table manufacturers making pool tables with a one-piece slate during the era mentioned above.
The details for each model are shown below. Note: you can access old Brunswick catalogs in their archives, where all of this same info can be found.

Traditional styles are 17th and 18th Century interpretations of the design and architecture of ancient Greece and Rome. Displaying restraint, harmony, proportion and reason, the grand Greco-Roman style uses sparse ornamentation, chaining, beaded moldings, and large turned posts. Using hardwoods such as cherry and oak, traditional furniture represented the art of rich ancient cultures that flourished long before the Dark Ages, and was the basis of pre-industrial European style.
The Camden pool table is available with a standard straight with trim baseframe or classic double arched baseframe.

Thanks for the answer.
The pool table was being sold by a third party who looked underneath and assumed it was one piece slate.
Yes it was sold before I got a chance to look at it.
