Somewhere someone was inquiring about where to get a rule book but I do not remember who or where. Anyway, one can be obtained at bcastore.com.

   Yeah, they have the PDF available on their site for printing. Its actually quite good this year, there seems to be a lot of clarification added for previously unclear or ambiguous rule situations. (an example escapes me, but i know there were quite a few.)

   Check with the local book store they usually have them if they don't they can order it for you or you can purchase it on their web site.
