Official Pool Ball Rack Layout

Does anybody know how where the pool balls should be officially placed during setup before the break shot?

I just got a new pool table and I cant find a site that will tell me where the sticker should be placed to mark where the balls should sit prior to the break.

This question relates to the following billiard rules:

    I will take an uneducated guess and say the sticker is placed at the point where the middle diamond on the end of the table intersects with the middle diamond on the long rail.

    I'm not much of an artist.
