You have a Lucasi L-SS3 pool cue. They were sold around 1999 and were still available in 2002 and possibly later.
Lucasi L-SS3 Pool Cue - Jeremy Jones Signature Cue
Lucasi pool cue with a walnut forearm with four large birdseye maple diamonds. There are also many ivorine and ebony inlay. The butt matches the forearm. This cue features five sets of bushka style ring. The joint is phenolic with the uniloc joint. This pool cue comes with one shaft with a 13mm pro taper.
By the way, the roman numerals on Lucasi cues indicate the date of the production run in which your cue was made. "XII" on your means it was made in the 10th month of 2002. It isn't the model number or anything else.
The retail value on the Lucasi L-SS3 at the time was $250 online. MSRP would have been slightly higher.
They don't have any special collector value. In perfect shape you might get $350. Where yours isn't straight, you'll have a hard time getting much of anything for it. Too bad, because it looks to be in great condition otherwise.
