Value of a 1989 Richard Black Custom Cue

I have a January 1989 Richard Black custom cue with his name and date engraved on it.

It would look brand new with a new wrap. It has two shafts, but one is slightly warped.

I don’t have a letter of authenticity but hopefully I can get one soon.

I was wondering if anyone had any info about the cue and what a potential selling price might be?
