Value and Model of Richard Black Pool Cue
I am trying to find out how much a Richard Black pool cue is worth. I also want to know the model number.
I can take more pictures if needed.

You have a Richard Black "After Six" pool cue model. He made this model from the early 1980s into the early 1990s (at least). Your version is great because it is one of his earliest, and is shown in his first brochure:
Here is one like yours going for $1800 with two shafts:
Just some wear on shafts from playing. Cue rolls straight together and apart. The weight is 19oz. Shafts are 12.573mm and 12.44 mm. $1800.
$1950 for this one:
I have seen some nice ones going for $1000 to $1500 in very good condition. If you only have 1 shaft, you deduct around $300.
These cues (and all high-end cues) just aren't fetching top dollar anymore unless they are somehow special in some way or in like-new condition (aka, perfect).
