There's a book out there that has every cue of value listed. Best to find someone who has a copy. Cue repair shot and or seller. What ever you do don't restore. It's worth more as is.

Seems an old cue? How old is it?

Willie passed, September 17, 1993 (aged 80). Could have been during his prime. Mosconi retired from tournament play in 1966 but remained active in promoting the game. He was affiliation with Brunswick.
Nice older Willie Hoppe cue in about 90% condition. 12mm shaft and weight is 19.5 ounces. Highly collectible. http://welovepool.com/pool-cues/collectible-pool-cues/brunswick-willie-hoppe/

Just home from the pool hall. Romine's High Pockets. Talked to a collector and the first thing he said the market is way down. He sold his Willie Mosconi cue last year for $800. Leather wrap and beat up. His comment regarding your cue was that it would not be worth much money. He said more but it doesn't pertain to your cue.

I suspect you have a "wall hanger" there.
I never had the privilege of seeing Willie play live but plenty of archival footage abounds. Being the hustler he was, getting $$$ for sticking his name on anything to do with pool, would be no surprise.
The color, quality of the joint and cracked butt protector are like nothing Willie would have used. But that doesn't mean he didn't lend his name to the stick for a royalty check...

Willie Mosconi endorsed quite a few lines of pool cue sticks. Some were aluminum, some were copies of Balabuska brand cues (but he had rights to do so).
Just because a stick has a signature does not mean that he played with it personally.
I have a pool cue that he actually played with. He told the Wide World of Sports camera man that if he could make the shot he would he would give him the cue. The camera man was an award winning camera man with 12 Emmy awards. He made the shot and got the cue.
He later passed away and they auctioned off tons of signed memorabilia. Even though many people know about this, the auction said it has to be signed. A guy like the camera man took the cue stick as a gift, and his signature was worth a lot on a picture as well. Somewhere is a picture with them standing beside each other with the cue stick.
I have testimonials, but if I could get the picture it would be worth more. But I'm not chasing down Willie's family to find it. The camera man's sister-in-law gifted it to me. Considering the family and quantity of sports the camera man covered, its real.
It seems like a carom billiard stick and has Willie's logo on the two piece.
