Model Info Needed on Adam Cue
I cannot find any info on this particular Adam cue.
Does anyone have any info other than the fact that it's an Adam Cue?

They retailed for $128 USD. Used, they would be worth somewhere less than this today, depending on the condition.
You have not shown the forearm, so I am not sure whether the model is the Adam DX1 cue or the Adam DX8 cue. They are both the same except the forearm color. The Adam DX-1 has a chestnut color stain on the forearm. The DX-8 has a different color stained forearm (not sure what its called).

Adam DX-1 Pool Cue
This pool cue has a chestnut stained birdseye maple forearm with ebony and ivory colored graphics. The butt is ebony with ivory colored graphics. There are four sets of maple rings. The wrap is a black with white spec Irish linen. The joint is 5/16 x 18 piloted stainless steel. This cue comes with one shaft with a 13 mm pro taper and a professional leather tip.
