Meucci HOF-1 Red Dot Shaft with Red Dot Near Ferrule

About 12 years ago, I walked into a local billiard supply store and bought a Meucci HOF-1 red-dot shaft cue.

According to Meucci, it's rare in that it's one of the original cues with the red dot located just below the ferrule (~500 made). I mean the red dot is located 4 inches from the ferrule which is not the normal location.

I called Meucci and the person on the phone told me that he thought there were probably less than 100 HOF-1s made with the red dot near the ferrule.

I'm having a hard time trying to find a place that may be able to place any kind of value on it. It's in new condition, never been chalked.

Anyone know a good resource to for me to tap into? I live in the SF Bay Area, but I don't necessarily need someone local - just someone with good knowledge of cues like this.

    I am not sure if you still have this shaft or not but I have been searching all over for one. I am not a collector and don't want it for it's monetary value, but rather, as a gift.

    A very special person has a Meucci cue that needs that specific shaft as the one he has is broken. I wanted to surprise him with another shaft for it.

    Do you still have this one, and if so, are you interested in getting rid of it?
