You have a McDermott E-F6 pool cue from the McDermott E Series.
This model was first produced in 1999 and retired in 1997.
The model doesn't really have any "collectible" value and cues from this series not particularly sought-after for anything other than use as a playing cue.
Original MSRP was $300. Worth about half that today (give or take ~$50 based on condition), but impossible to value your specific cue because I can't assess it's condition from those photos.

McDermott E Series Cues
In production from 1990 to 1999
With the technology of computer graphics and computerized milling machines, McDermott introduced the E Series cues in 1990. Many of these cues featured unique and elaborate inlays with different exotic woods such as Mahogany, Dymondwood, West African ebony, Central American Cocobolo. The E Series featured nylon wraps on most models and cork, leather and Irish linen on the others.
