Cue edge is not centered

When I screw on the cue tip (cork) it's not centered perfectly.

Is this ok?

Model is T2 Titanium 2 Tip Shaft.

Also, it's ok if I keep screwing and unscrewing it in between play to assemble and disassemble, right? Won't ruin the cue?
