Year of a Viking "Ball Buster" Pool Cue

I am trying to ID a Viking USA pool cue and find out what year it was made.

It has a 9 ball and says "ball buster" on the forearm. The logo is the "Viking USA" logo, on the butt cap.

Can anybody identify any info on this Viking pool cue?

    It is a Viking "the Ballbuster" pool cue from the Viking DeCues VK series (which stands for "decal cues").

    The original model number was Viking DC-4 (in the 1996 catalog) - and it was shown with a red stain.

    The year of manufacture would be somewhere between 1996 and 2008, give or take.

    The MSRP was $195 USD. It would be worth slightly less today, in used condition.

    This photo is from the DeCues VK series catalog, and shows it with the green stain like yours has. Cues from this catalog were in production between January 1999 and August 2010.
