What Model is this Original Palmer Cue?

I am wondering about the model number of my Original by Palmer cue.

It is in brand-new condition, and looks to have never been used. It is still in it's original plastic and real leather cue case.

It does have someone's personal name on it.

    Your cue is a third catalog Model 7 Palmer cue. 1973 or later.
