What are the letters/numbers on the gold sticker? That is the model number.
Since you've not shared a photo of the forearm, nor shared any detail about what is on those stickers, I can only narrow it down to two models.
I believe your Adam cue is from the Adam N/B series (produced between the mid-1970s to early 1980s). Cues in this series featured stainless steel joints and one shaft with composition ferrules. The first 12 cues in the series were named after major international airlines, and the remainder were named after top international hotels, famous aircraft, and rockets.
Adam N/B-9 "Iberia" Cue - Rosewood forearm with rows of MOP dots and notched diamond-shaped inlays, rosewood butt sleeve with vertical rows of mother-of-pearl dots alternating with pearl windows between rows of mother-of-pearl blocks at the top and bottom.
Adam N/B-11 "Quantas" Cue - Features a maple foraearm, four cocobolo points with two veneers and mother-of-pearl dots above and below a mother-of-pearl notched diamond shaped inlay in each point. cocobolo butt sleeve with vertical rows of mother-of-pearl dots alternating with pearl windows between rows of mother-of-pearl blocks at top and bottom.
