What is This Pool Cue? Adams? What Year?

I just want to know what kind of pool cue I have below. I think it is a 1970's Adams pool cue, but I am not sure.

Does anyone know what year and brand it is, and/or possibly what it is worth?

   Not sure if you got your cue identified yet, but it looks like an Adam A/A-5 "Arapaho" cue.

   The year eludes me. Others may remember.
