   Can you make anything out on those stickers at all?

   They appear to be low-end Asian import cues. They are usually made with very low-grade materials, and are generally not worth any more than their novelty value (think $10-$30 each).

   Usually lots of them (and similar ones) on eBay, goodwill, craigslist, etc. for cheap.

   That silver sticker with the black line through it would have had the model number and model name, and is a dead giveaway that it's a cheap import cue. Here's what it would have looked like:
