What Brand is this Un-labelled Pool Cue?

What brand is this un-labelled pool cue?

I got this cue as a gift 30 years ago. It was misplaced and found in a family member's attic still in the case.

It's 56.5 inches when put together (57" with the rubber end cap). It's got no labels and no identifying markers.

Can anybody let me know what type of cue this is?

I've got an OB shaft waiting to go on it, if its a cue that it is worth putting on.

Again, the cue has no labels and no identifying markers.
