Viking Cue with Roman Numeral "X"

My uncle passed recently, and the family gifted me his Viking pool cue. I do not want to sell it or anything like that. I am just curious about the year and series.

The cue is a viking cue with the roman numeral "X" inlaid, which I believe represents ten.

Any help would be very much appreciated as I have searched and searched with no luck. No pun intended, because his name was lucky.
