Replace Batteries in a Minnesota Fats Light Up Cue

Replace Batteries in a Minnesota Fats Light Up Cue

I have a Minnesota Fats 8/9 ball Light-Up cue like the photos I posted below.

I unscrewed the screw holding in the rubber cap on the end of the cue (not sure if that is the "plastic butt cap), but could not figure out how to access the batteries so I can replace them. Unscrewing the rubber end cap does not reveal batteries. I am unable to unscrew anything else on the cue.

Does anyone know how to access the batteries in this cue?

How-to photos would be a huge help!

Thanks!

After removing the rubber bumper, the butt cap (the black plastic piece which has the "Minnesota Fats" logo) should unscrew from the rest of the cue.

The battery compartment should be revealed at this point.
