Pool Cue Symbol with 2 Lines Bent Outward at Bottom

Is there a pool cue maker with a symbol or logo that is two vertical lines which bend outward at the bottom?

I won this stick in a game the guy said it was a old custom stick but there is no name just 2 little lines bent outward at the bottom of them.

   Is there anything under the rubber bumper (numbers, letters, symbols)?
