Pool Cue ID Help, No Name, No Markings

I picked up this pool cue at a local flea market. It is unbranded and has no name or markings.

It has brass joint connection as well as brass accents.

I am not sure if it’s worth paying someone to put a new ferrule and tip on the shaft.

Any help in identifying the maker would be much appreciated.

    It appears to be an Adam A/H-23 "Sahara" model pool cue.

    The cues in this series were named after famous hotels of the day. Your model was named after the Sahara Las Vegas, a legendary Strip hotel that operated for decades.

    Here it is from the 1973-1974 Adam Cue catalog:
