Please help identify this cue and logo?

First of all it looks like their is a ton of these kind of posts so thanks for the help ahead of time. I am helping with my uncles estate. I know he played with this cue in some tournaments and it was his favorite. I am curious if anyone recognizes this logo I have had no luck looking online. Most of his cues were Players. If anyone can identify it and I know I can't expect an appraisal but maybe a ballpark figure? Thanks I'm advance!
