I came across this 4-point Original by Palmer cue and can't find any information on it.

Any help would be nice.

It's a Palmer Model 10. The forearms were supplied by Adam of Japan.

Palmer Model 10 cue from which catalog? Do you know by chance?

Is there anything else you can tell me about the cue? I am also trying to find out its value.

It's a Third Catalog Model 10 Palmer cue.

As we discussed in our private emails, value is dependent upon condition. For example, if it's not straight, that's affects value. (You were going to roll it on a pool table and let me know if it's straight but I never heard back from you.) If the shaft is not original to the cue, is short, or warped, that affects the value. Some of the Third Catalog Palmer cues had problems with the finish, so if it needs to be refinished that reduces the value. Some of the worst cues have a very nice appearance and some of the best cues look like wrecks.

I would list it on eBay at $9.99 and it will get bid up to it's value. That approach may not appeal to you, but it works. There was a successful cue dealer, now deceased who started every eBay auction at $9.99. His listing attracted many bidders and every cue sold at market value. The unknown is who is looking to buy. I see $100 Palmer cues sell for $300-$400, and expensive models which sell for less than I think they're worth, but that's how the market works.

In that email with that list of things you wanted to know about the cue, is that what I would have to fulfill in order for you to be interested?

I would rather it go to someone such as yourself who seems to have an immense respect for them.

If I can get you all the information, would you like me to get back to you?

    Thank you.
