   It appears to be a wrap-less Schmelke M4 pool cue with a "standard" joint and a green pearl butt sleeve.

   This one is probably from somewhere in the early 1990s.

   I don't have the price for this model from that era, but this same model in 2004 retailed for $119 USD.

   Shown below are a few Schmelke M4 models from their 1992 brochure.
