I am looking for information on the McDermott Gambler MC-13 (CH-13) from Mueller's. I haven't been able to find anything on it based on model number.

   It sounds like you already have all of the relevant information on this private label Mueller's McDermott MC-13 pool cue.

   Private Label cues were exclusively made for distributors such as Great Lakes Darts, Mueller’s Sporting Goods, and billiard associations. These cues were never featured in a McDermott catalog, but instead were sold through the companies that commissioned McDermott to produce them.

   Meuller's had these on their website circa 2004 (and earlier).
