It is a Lucasi LE11 cue, circa 2005 or 2006.
Lucasi L-E11
The Lucasi L-E11 cue radiates power and precision with its use of narrow cocobola point inlays on the grey stained Birdseye Maple forearm. The sleeve is half grey stained Birdseye Maple and half cocobolo with an eye-catching imitation bone inlay design in the middle. A super high-gloss UV coating helps prevent wood stains and colors from fading and gives the cue a rich finished look. Bringing the two sections together is a black Irish linen wrap with white specks. Performance enhancing features are incorporated into this cue including a triangle tip Ivorine III ferrule Uni-Loc quick release joint and precisely milled joint collar. The result is an accurate cue with a solid hit. Lucasi's signature quality superior hit and affordable price have made it the number one selling cue on the market.
MSRP at that time was around $205 (but most online retailers sold it for $165-ish).

Looks cool. Would you take $170 for the Lucasi L-E11 pool cue?
