   It is an import pool cue I believe.

   It might be a Hansinburg HA-8912 "Boston" series cue.

   

   The one in this photo sold at auction for $9 USD.

   I think the brand itself might be German (based on the language used on this pool ball set by the same brand).

   

   However, I read somewhere that Hansinburg pool cues were originally manufactured in Australia until the late 1980s, after which they were made in Taiwan.
