Identity of Cue

I have a cue that is 17oz, 59" in length, appears to be made of maple, no identifiable markings at joint, on the outside, or beneath the bumper. It has a handle with light green and black striped string wound around it, is a dark black color with a green tone to it and has long dagger & diamond designs in a reflective green coloration at butt and mid shaft. Any ideas on where it was made or what something like this in good condition (minor scratches that are barely noticeable and one light ding to paint) might be worth?
