   I checked the archives, and I'm afraid I don't have an Adam Cue catalog showing this model.

   It's a common design though, and there are similar designs in quite a few Adam Cue lines.

   For example, here's the Adam A2 cue, circa 2000. Not identical, but more or less the same. This retailed for $42 USD in Dec 2000.
