   It is a lower-end cue from the newer foreign-made imported Palmer Billiards pool cues from a Taiwan company "Palmer Industries, Inc.". They're unrelated to the well-known and sought-after, earlier Palmer Billiards Corporation of Elizabeth, NJ.

   Your cue appears to be a Palmer model from the "Palmer Classics" series circa early 2000s (~2002-2003-ish, give or take).

   It would be worth very little today in used condition. Somewhere between $20 and $40 USD.
