Identify Nameless Cue with Striped Wrap and 2 Shafts

I have this pool cue with a blue and white striped wrap and two matching shafts.

Does anyone have any idea who makes this cue?

I'm sure its some cheap, no-name cue but I was just curious.

    I believe you are correct. I don't recognize it as a premium pool cue brand based on the photos you've uploaded.

    Does the cue or the shafts have any markings, symbols, stickers, or logos anywhere at all?

    Also, it looks like the butt-sleeve (the "handle" part) screws off. Am I correct? If so, can you unscrew it and take a photo?
