   It looks like this one is a Helmstetter RCH-VIP S-14 pool cue. It is from the Helmstetter VIP series, which was Helmstetter's first series of the 1990s. The Helmstetter catalog shown below is from 1992.

   MSRP at the time was $735 for just the butt.
