This is a Brunswick Willie Hoppe Commemorative™ cue circa 1979. It is part of the 1970s Brunswick Sterling Elite pool cue line.
Not worth a whole lot today, and yours is in rough shape.
It can be seen referenced several times in the 1979 dealer brochure and price list.
From the 1979 Brunswick Cue Catalog
Brunswick Willie Hoppe Commemorative™
An updated version of the professional two-piece cue Willie Hoppe used in over 40 years of tournament play as a member of the Brunswick advisory staff. Standard four-prong hilt is a splice match of exotic hardwood and laminated Canadian hard rock maple. Professional taper shaft is also laminated maple for maximum strength. Brass-on-aluminum joint has one-half inch contact pin support. French leather tip and protective rubber cushioned end.

These cues were not made by Brunswick. They were made by Dufferin in Canada.
Interestingly, they used flat laminated shafts. Some think Meucci invented that. He didn't.
