Can you help identify this custom cue? Could it be a Palmer Custom Cue? Maybe a model 11?

    It's not a Palmer cue.

    It's a Rich Q, "Mustang" model.

    As for it's value? I don't know. I sold a higher level Rich Q recently for $75 to a friend. Maybe $100? $150? It could hit maybe $200 on eBay, but then there are fees and shipping.

    But it is definitely not a Palmer.
