ID Players Cue Labelled "04399 Museum"

I need help to identify a Players pool cue labelled with a sticker that says "04399 Museum".

Has anyone ever seen one of these or could maybe provide some idea if it's value?

   It is a Players EE-11 cue from the Players Elite Series.

   I am not sure of the years this series was active.

   The sticker with the number on it is not original to the cue from Players. It might be a price tag from a retailer, or it could be something that someone stuck on there at one point.

   This is the best catalog image I have at the moment.
