ID Manufacturer and/or Brand of a Pool Cue Like This?

I've never come across a pool cue like this before.

I'm thinking about buying this cue and cannot find any info on it.

Does anyone know the manufacturer and/or brand of this cue?

   I can't provide any insight into the identity of your cue and only want to make an observation and a couple of comments.

   This is likely an inexpensive cue and not one from a vintage cue maker of any note but I always find these vintage cues interesting because of their use of the same or similar materials used by famous cue makers of the period.

   In this case it's the bakelite/catalin rings in the backend and the variegated wrap. Most interesting about the wrap is that the variegated thread was only used in the center section.

   Thank you for the insight. Your thoughts are exactly what I was thinking also.

   The wood above the linen looks cheap. That pretty much made up my mind.

   The person was selling the cue for $100. I didn't buy it.
