   These Brunswick cues were often offered with pool table purchases. They were also available in accessory sets, and individually.

   They are Asian import cues, common, and of no particular value. Maybe worth $35-$45 if in perfect condition. Yours looks to be in poor condition.

   How old is the cue? Maybe 1990's, 2000's.
