Help Identify a RICH-Q Cue?

I recently picked this Rich-Q cue up at a yard sale. It shoots great, is still straight, and is in a "B+" to "A-" condition.

The star design in the butt, seems to be hand carved with 6 points. Not sure if that helps.

I'm just looking for some info on it.
