   It's a lower-end Mali cue from the latter half of the 1990s.

   Looks like it's either from the Mali Spectrum Series (Mali S4 cue), or from the line sold through Cuestix International (can't really make out the model numbers in that one, but it doesn't really matter).

   Might fetch $50 to $100 give or take...
