Brand or Cue Maker for Pool Cue with 8 Ball

I know absolutely nothing about the cue.

Can you please tell me what brand this pool cue is or who the cue maker was?

It has a white 8 ball on the butt sleeve.

If you could tell me anything about my cue I'd be glad to learn what it is.

- Can you post a closer photo of the butt-sleeve and joint please?
- Remove the bumper and take note if there are any markings or numbers underneath.
- Is the cue made with actual inlays or does it appear that the points and designs are either decals, or painted on?
