   It is a Meucci PC3 from the Meucci Paramount Collection.

   The Meucci Paramount PC-3 pool cue was produced and sold in the 1990s. Here is a picture from the Paramount Collection page out of the 1993 Meucci catalog.

   

   In terms of the value of the Meucci PC-3, there isn't much "collectible value" to them. In good condition you could fetch between $150 and $250. Your results may vary depending on condition and other market factors.
